La Federazione Esperantista della Linguadoca-Rossiglione invita all'iniziativa che coordina tramite il suo Comitato Locale Organizzativo (in Esperanto: Loka Organiza KOmitato, LOKO ).
L'incontro si terrà presso Le Lazaret, centro vacanze della città di Sète <  Wikipedia : Sète > sulle coste del mediterraneo. Sempre al « Lazaret », dal 1978 si tiene alla fine di agosto la Settimana Internazionale di Esperanto
